Synopsis:

The new comic odyssey from Stephen Chow comes in the guise of an ecological fable where a mermaid is on a mission to seduce and assassinate a smug tycoon threatening to destroy the ocean floor. What no one could have imagined is that genuine love would grow between the unlikely couple. A romance splattered with absurdity and spectacular gags with Chow’s unmistakable style.
