Synopsis:

It was August 1st, 1966, and a message was repeated over and over in the Austin media: “stay away from the university area, there is a sniper in the tower, firing at will”. The siege on the University of Texas campus lasted 96 minutes, the same runtime of this film that combines animation and stock footage to reconstruct the first mass shooting at an American educational facility.
