Tom and Benjamin travel to Sweden to spend their vacation with their father, who they haven’t seen in a long time. Tom is worried about being reunited with this strange and solitary man. The father, on the other hand, is convinced that his son has the gift of seeing things that are completely imperceptible to others. These three characters’ coexistence in an inhospitable forest will be as unsettling as it is revealing.
Born in Marseilles in 1963, he has co-written films for Dominik Moll, Laurent Cantet and Valérie Donzelli. As a director, he’s made Who Killed Bambi? (Sitges 2003), Black Heaven (Sitges 2010) and Into the Forest.
