Manami is getting ready to celebrate her birthday with some friends, but ends up being saved from a massacre. Her problems don’t end here: two vampires, K, from the Dracula clan, and Yamada, from the Corvin clan, are after her. Yamada winds up locking Manami up in a hotel, where humans are condemned to give blood eternally. Sion Sono joins in Sitges’ fiftieth anniversary with this twist on the vampire tale.
