Director biography:

Copenhagen, 1970. Director of the big hit Drive, he spent his childhood between New York and Denmark. He earned a reputation as an enfant terrible directing Pusher (96), the first part of an acclaimed trilogy. In 2009 he released both Valhalla Rising and Bronson.
