Numbered Seat (LN)
There will be a limited amount of numbered seats at certain Auditori screenings. Just by adding 2€, you can forget about waiting in line for the Auditori’s most eagerly-awaited screenings (check LN screenings program).

Tickets purchased through Tel·Entrada for screenings at the Auditori must be picked up at the Hotel Meliá box office located in the Tramuntana Room. Tickets purchased through Tel·Entrada for screenings at the Prado and the Retiro must be picked up at the Miramar Building box offices.
The Matinée Pass can only be collected at Caixa Catalunya branch offices. Tickets for each day’s screenings must be picked up at the Melià box offices by showing the Pass collected at the branch offices.
The VIP Seating pass can only be collected at Caixa Catalunya branch offices and must be exchanged for the credential valid to all the screenings at the Auditori at the Melià box offices.

BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES DURING THE FESTIVAL

Box office opens one hour before the start of the first paying screening of the day at the Auditori theater and closes when the last screening begins.

Box office opens one hour before the start of the first paying screening of the day at the Prado and Retiro theaters and closes when the last screening begins.

Visa Payment is accepted. Priority will be given to ticket sales for screenings starting right away. No one will be admitted to the theaters once screenings have begun. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless there is a program change or a screening is cancelled by the festival. In these cases, refunds for the cost of the ticket or exchanges for another ticket must be done at the same box office where you made your purchase. If the purchase was made through Tel•Entrada, refund of the cost of the ticket must be processed at any Caixa Catalunya office. These refunds will be made during the 10 days following the cancelled screening.
