Earthquakes and volcanic activity have devastated the Earth. Surviving throughout this catastrophe is Ha-jin, an orphan who has the ability to speak to whales and who has to take drugs to forget the nightmares that haunt her at night. One day, several characters out searching for the crimson whale become interested in Ha-jin’s gift... A bitter fable, animated with a technique that’s as refined as it is effective.
