Among the guests, some of the most notable names included the creators of Freddy, Wes Craven and Robert Englund, as well as Sam Raimi, Peter Fleischmann, Jon Voight, and Cary Elwes. A film series was dedicated to Columbia's fantastic films; another to pioneer Segundo de Chomón; and yet another to European fantastic films. A special screening of Murnau's Nosferatu was programmed, featuring live music by Jordi Sabatés.
