One of the most glorious editions in terms of awardees and guests: Max Von Sydow, Christopher Walken, Bruce Campbell, Paul Schrader, Terele Pávez, Barbara Crampton, Dolph Lundgren, and Ruggero Deodato. Rob and Sheri Moon Zombie finally visited Sitges, presenting 31 and an exhibition dedicated to the posters of their films. Arrival was the edition’s surprise screening. The Brigadoon section celebrated its 30th anniversary, now led by Diego López. During the Festival dates, Takashi Miike filmed scenes in Sitges for his movie Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.
