One of the most glorious editions to date in terms of award winners and guests: Max Von Sydow, Christopher Walken, Bruce Campbell, Paul Schrader, Terele Pávez, Barbara Crampton, Dolph Lundgren, and Ruggero Deodato. Rob and Sheri Moon Zombie finally visited Sitges, presenting 31 and an exhibition featuring posters from their films. Arrival was this year’s surprise screening. The Brigadoon section celebrated its 30th anniversary, now directed by Diego López. During the Festival, Takashi Miike shot scenes for his film JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure in Sitges.
