Sitges is entering the home stretch with several major confirmations for the final days of the 58th edition of the world's benchmark fantastic and horror film festival. As for this year's surprise film, we know perfectly well that you've been eagerly awaiting the announcement, so that's why we're going to put an end to your wait.
Here you have all the information you need to enjoy what the last stretch of the Festival has in store for us and in the best possible way. This year's surprise screening is The Restoration at Grayson Manor, directed by Dubliner Glenn McQuaid and starring actors including Chris Colfer, Alice Krige, and Daniel Adegboyega. The film, which will be screened tomorrow, October 18th, at 10:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Hotel Meliá, marks McQuaid's return to Irish production with a horror story that addresses the issue of queer repression in a domestic context. Meanwhile, this Sunday, the traditional closing marathons will be held in the same Auditorium: the very best way to bring a spectacular edition to a close.
