Come and become a little vampire!

This workshop will teach you how to create a Gore scene in a play. This workshop is aimed at children who wish to delve into the exciting world of Gore special effects. The main objective is to stimulate their creativity, teach artistic techniques and promote a fun environment, always through play, where children can explore and develop new theatrical skills of the genre. The second objective is for participants to learn how to create and apply fake blood in a realistic way, using safe and age-appropriate materials, as well as how to prepare it and how to apply it on stage. Through an original theatrical script, they will create a small Gore scene to later perform it in a group.

Synopsis of the activity: In a small town, there live some vampire children. Once a year, their parents, to celebrate that they have behaved well throughout the year, bring them new friends to turn them into vampires, but it always ends up the same, covered in blood everywhere. And what little vampire doesn't like getting splashed with blood? In the last 20 minutes, the children will give a terrifying demonstration of what they have learned.

Workshop led by Cristina Muñoz, writer and theatre director of the Ahura Teatre school.

Ages: from 8 years old.
