Purposes: To manage and process your request for professional press accreditation to attend the 57th edition of the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, scheduled to be held from 3 to 13 October 2024 (hereinafter, the "Festival"), which implies that You, as a journalist or press professional, are a person specially accredited as such. If You have ticked the box provided for this purpose on this form, your e-mail address can be disclosed to external press agents for the purposes set out in the box voluntarily ticked by You.

Legal Basis: The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent and legitimate interest.

Data Retention: Your personal data will be retained until it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.

Rights: Access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition to their processing, as well as your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purposes, by sending an email to ("prensa @sitgesfilmfestival.com"), together with a photocopy of your ID card and indicating the subject: "Data Protection, Journalists". If you consider that your rights have not been duly taken into account, you have the right to file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
