BAD CITY

In a city plagued by crime, violence and poverty, a group of gangsters, with members of the Korean mafia in their ranks, is using their power to cover up all kinds of different felonies. In order to combat this threat, a special investigation team is secretly created featuring Inspector Torada, a policeman arrested years ago for the murder of the son of a Korean mafia member.
