Synopsis
Hong Kong is reeling from a series of brutal murders committed by a gang. The victims are cold case suspects who have escaped arrest for years. In response, the police put together a task force to apprehend the criminals. The new film from one of Johnnie To's brothers in arms, Wai Ka-fai, is a veritable feast of action scenes and plot twists.
