Synopsis
In the tropical mountains of Costa Rica, widower Domingo owns a coveted plot of land where a new highway is planned to be built. When the contractors send thugs to intimidate the community, the neighbors start to leave, one by one, but Domingo holds out, mainly because the land harbors a special, mystical secret.
