Synopsis

"Here, everything is the north, and these are all memories of the people I met in the north." This is how the long-awaited debut feature film by Koji Yamamura, one of the great names in contemporary animation, is presented. With hand-drawn illustrations and no dialogue, Dozens of Norths is introduced as a piece with existential traces, which Yamamura created under the effects of the 2011 earthquake in Japan.
