Synopsis

In Ayodhya, the royal palace of the kingdom of Kosala in ancient India, Prince Rama, after being banished from the palace due to a court conspiracy, retires to the forest with his wife Sita and his brother Lakshmana. Rama, who had defeated the demons, suffers the wrath of the demon king Ravana, and Sita is kidnapped. A brilliant cross between Japanese animation and Indian mythological imagery
