Hannah is a young fashion designer whose feelings of insecurity and self-loathing are starting to manifest themselves in the form of an appendage, which grows so disproportionately that it will jeopardize her relationships, her job and her life in general. Somewhere in between Basket Case and The Neon Demon, this fusion of body horror and black comedy promises to cause a huge sensation at the Festival.
