Following The Ancines Woods, Pedro Olea directed this atmospheric thriller that was interpreted by many at the time as a veiled critique of Opus Dei. In it, a young man trying to make a living for himself in Bilbao accepts an assignment: to locate a former female member of a mysterious organization that calls itself The House Without Frontiers, who has disappeared under strange circumstances.
