A group of lepers escape from a sanatorium and spread panic in a nearby town. When the local criminals decide to join forces with them, the sheriff decides to turn to the only person who is actually capable of resolving the situation: Santo. A western starring the greatest wrestling legend of all times and directed by the man behind Night of the Bloody Apes (1969), whose intensity at times matches that of the most savage spaghetti films.
