Dead Mail

On a desolate back road in North America, a man with his hands tied crawls up to a mailbox and manages to slip in a blood-stained message asking for help before being stalked by a mysterious figure. The note eventually makes its way to the county post office and onto the desk of Jasper, an experienced and skilled "dead letter" investigator responsible for investigating lost mail and returning it to its sender.
