When some new tenants move into the typical American suburb, Ray Peterson and his friends allow themselves to get carried away by paranoia and they begin to become suspicious of the newcomers. This isn't how Ray, who prefers to drink beer, read the newspaper, or watch baseball games, expected to spend his vacation time, but when Walter, an elderly neighborhood man, disappears, he and his gang embark on a harrowing investigation.
