The Fin

In a post-war, ecologically devastated Korea, the Omegas, marginalized mutants, are exploited as cheap labor. Mia, an Omega in hiding, works at a mysterious fishing shop. When government employee Sujin begins to grow suspicious of her, she will venture into an underground world, eventually coming to even question her own faith in the state's ideology. Influenced by Tsai Ming-liang's filmmaking, this visually delightful experiment navigates between the narrative and the contemplative.
