Freckled Max and the Spooks

While roaming around the world with a circus troupe, young orphan Max arrives at the castle of Baron Frankenstein, surrounded by mysterious creatures that are sometimes a little absurd and creepy. And although each one of them is unique, they all have something in common: they feel lonely and desperately crave a little love.
