Gaua

The Basque mountains, 17th century. In the midst of a witch hunt, Kattalin runs away from her husband, leaving the hamlet in the middle of the night. Lost in the darkness of the forest, she senses a presence following her. On her way, she comes across three women who, while washing clothes by the river, share scary stories and village gossip. To her astonishment, Kattalin will end up becoming part of these very stories.
