1963
Duration
107 min.

Synopsis

Julius Kelp, a bumbling university chemistry professor who has a rather unfortunate social life, stumbles upon the formula for a magic potion that, when he drinks it, transforms him into someone completely different: an interesting, elegant, and attractive man who calls himself Buddy Love. A comical adaptation of Stevenson's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde that masterfully explores themes including identity, self-acceptance, and the oftentimes absurd nature of love.
