The Python Hunt

Every year, the Florida government invites the general public to compete in a contest to eradicate all the invasive pythons in the Everglades wetland reserve. For ten nights, an eclectic group of hunters confront the dangerous terrain, the nocturnal creatures there, and their own desires. Premiering at SXSW, this absolutely fascinating journey features a string of larger-than-life characters who will battle it out to try to win the $10,000 first prize.
