Synopsis

Frankelda, a determined 19th-century Mexican writer, ventures into her subconscious in order to confront the very monsters she has created. Guided by a tormented prince, she must restore the balance between fiction and reality before it's too late. The first Mexican stop-motion animated feature film ever made, it was praised by Guillermo del Toro and won an award at the latest edition of the Fantasia Film Festival.
