Tommy is the helpless witness of the attack perpetrated by a gang of hooded kids against his pregnant wife. The baby manages to survive, but she goes into a coma. After all this, Tommy develops acute agoraphobia, and starts to imagine that the kids are following him. A priest cryptically warns him to watch his back, because it’s very possible they want to take his daughter away from him to. But... what are these little creatures really? Unimaginably nerve-racking, Citadel turns the desolate landscapes abandoned due to the crisis (deserted neighborhoods, building where tenants were evicted) into a scenario of pure terror.
