Synopsis
John Cameron Mitchell adapting a graphic novel by Neil Gaiman could only unleash curiosity. This unique filmmaker travels to 1970s England, during the early days of punk, when Enn, a teenage music lover, runs into Zen, a naïve and peculiar creature, who is actually from another planet. The result of the union of two geniuses, the film relates the encounter between two unique universes: those of punk and the cosmic.

His career onstage began during his childhood. In 1998, he wrote and starred in the musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch, which he would take to film years later. He has also directed Shortbus (06) and Rabbit Hole (10).
