THE ELEPHANT MAN (EL HOMBRE ELEFANTE)

de David Lynch

Synopsis

In Victorian London, a young surgeon rescues a man who is terribly disfigured by congenital neurofibromatosis from the freak show where he scrapes out a living, forced to put himself on display. After making a name for himself in underground films, David Lynch took on the classic story in The Elephant Man, creating one of his most moving films without giving up his love for the bizarre, which would become one of his trademarks.
