Synopsis

In 1970, Hong Kong's first anti-corruption commission was founded with the intention of fighting this scourge, which was rampant within the ranks of the country's police force. This epic historical thriller documents the main case faced by the commission, the pursuit of two corrupt detectives who rose to control organized crime in Hong Kong. And to do so, it features two superstars of the country's cinema, namely Aaron Kwok and Tony Leung.
