The success of filmmakers like Julia Ducournau, Ana Lily Amirpour, Jennifer Kent, and more recently, Coralie Fargeat, shows that there is a market eager to see productions directed by women. This roundtable discusses the authorial and commercial value of female directors in the fantasy genre within the film landscape.
