Tomie: Unlimited (Tomie: Anrimiteddo)

de Noboru Iguchi

Tsukiko has lived in mourning since an unfortunate domestic accident took the life of her sister Tomie. Pain gives way to astonishment when she returns from the tomb on her birthday, welcomed by her parents with great delight. But Tsukiko senses there’s something that’s not quite right, a fact that’s proven when this “new” Tomie” starts to make her life a living hell. A new adaptation (the ninth) of the mythical Junji Ito manga that, naturally, becomes a delightful carousel of varied horrors: talking heads, lethal tentacles, unpleasant mutations... and, presiding over all of it, the evil spirit of Tomie being reincarnated again and again.
