Synopsis

One of our favorite animators returns to the Festival with this adaptation of a Walt Curtis poem about a town of cowboys where they torture the local drunk, a scapegoat and 100% Plymptonesque character.

Bill Plympton

United States, 1946. After receiving his degree in graphic design he created comic strips for different publications. He has directed seven full-length movies, including the outstanding I Married a Strange Person (98) and Mutant Aliens (01), as well as diverse short films, two of which were nominated for Academy Awards in 1997 and 2005.
