Synopsis

James is the only viewer of “Brigsby Bear”, a children’s TV show that has shown him everything he knows about life. When the show unexpectedly ends its broadcasts, the young man has to learn how to live in a world without Brigsby. A comedy that’s touching and eccentric in equal proportions, and that was a big sensation at Sundance and the Cannes Critics Week.

Dave McCary

He’s one of the founders of the comedy group Good Neighbor and, since 2014, he works as a writer and director for Saturday Night Live. Brigsby Bear is his debut feature film.
