Synopsis

In late 1929, Berlin has become the great metropolis of expression, freedom and change. But it is also a silent pressure cooker about to explode. In the middle of this tense calm we find Gereon Rath, a detective with the Cologne police who has just joined the Berlin vice squad to investigate the case of a pornography ring connected to the Russian mafia.
