Synopsis
Little Chloe has always lived under the care of her father, obsessed with protecting her from the dangers of the outside world, to the point that he doesn’t allow her to leave the house. One day, the girl sneaks out, finding a world that she had only been able to imagine until then. The already bizarre reality will blend with fantasy through the childish eyes of the film’s young heroine.

They met as contestants on the reality show for emerging filmmakers, On the Lot. They didn’t win the show, but they did strike up a long-lasting friendship. Freaks is the first feature film they’ve directed together.
